Most teens and young adults experience challenges related to this stage of life. They are also usually unsure how to overcome them independently. For that reason, Gold Helix Healing uses traditional healing methods + the science behind how we change to empower all who desire it with the specific strategies and skills needed to overcome obstacles, pursue passions or goal-directed plans, and succeed.
Once individuals share their goals, they work together with Dr. Danielle Norman to develop the skills and insights needed to change old patterns, address present issues, and increase their future resilience. This creates limitless new pathways for healing, growth, and discovery.
Schools and other organizations can build customizable packages or programs that foster healthy student/staff relationships, encourage cooperation, and support a myriad of positive outcomes.
