We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Our fees vary depending on the type of therapy and the duration of the session. Please contact us for more information about our fees and payment options.

Your insurer would considered this practice an out-of-network provider, but we can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Not at this time.  Currently, all sessions are solely offered within a private and secure video health platform that allows you to meet with Dr. Norman using your phone or computer to connect for a video-session.  There will be an announcement once in person sessions are offered.
